The Presidency of the Balkan Cities' Network for 2010 is held by the Municipality of Tirana, where the 11th Mayors' Summit organized from September 23 - 25. 2010.

The Main issues of the Summit were the following:

 1. Urban Development

 2. Building Bridge of Cooperation between business communities of our Cities- members of Balcinet – Economic Crisis 

 3. Involving Community in public space parks and recreation participation.
