On May 22-25. the Mayors of major cities of Balkan Countries met in Varna. The City of Varna organized the 12th International Meeting of Friendship and Cooperation between major Balkan Cities.

The main issues of the Summit were:

2. Decentralization

3. Education, prevention, leisure and sports activities for the youth.
